What if I have twins or multiple children in diapers?
Families diapering 2 children or more will receive 20% off each additional weekly service subscription. Call, text or email us if you have questions and to sign up for multiples.
How does it work?
Pick up your clean diapers at your front door and use a reusable cloth bag to line your diaper pail.
Take out one cotton diaper and apply to your baby using your preferred diapering method. See our helpful videos on our home page.
Soiled diapers can get tossed right into your diaper pail until baby starts eating solids.
Solid poop can be disposed of into toilet (with diaper sprayer) or removed with flushable liners.
Diaper covers can be reused until they are in need of washing (this can be done with your regular laundry, but use a cloth friendly detergent).
Put dirty diapers out on front porch before 8am on your delivery/pick-up day. (If you have little critters in your neighborhood that like to get into trash, you may want to use a small bin/container to keep diapers safe for the drivers to pick up) You can let us know any special delivery or pick-up instruction when you sign up or by email or text.
Change order as needed by email or text.

I am going on vacation. What do I do with my diapers and can I get credit?
Take our diapers with you! If you are gone during the week of your service, just take them with and bring them back to get laundered on your delivery day. It’s easy, you don’t have to worry about extra blowouts from disposables, and everyone loves a baby bum with a cute diaper cover!
Four Corners Diaper Service Families with a current subscription may choose one of our vacation hold options.
Vacation Holds. For your time away, the three main things to consider are:
we always need to pick-up dirty diapers every week (otherwise, they will stain),
a pick-up/delivery visit will be charged for that week
we cannot change your delivery/pickup day
Therefore, you have a couple of choices when you leave:
We deliver diapers before you leave and you do not use them until you return.
You use them and make sure someone can put them outside on your appointed day.
While there is no guaranteed credit given for vacation, some exceptions may be made at our discretion for extended vacations (extended visits to see family overseas for instance). Please contact us for more information.
How are the diapers washed?
We take this part of our job seriously. We wash every customers diapers separately, we do not mix customer diapers in our washing or drying procedures.
The diapers undergo processes designed to thoroughly wash, sanitize, and rinse the diapers, leaving them detergent-free and with minimal stains. Our process includes heated washing cycles based on industry recommendations to help with sanitation and fiber longevity. Designed specifically for cloth diapers, our plant- derived detergent is tough on stains, urine and feces while being free from harmful chemicals, like bleach, dyes, parabens, phosphates, and SLS/SLES. It is also vegan, cruelty-free, and tailored for sensitive skin.
Our machines are chosen for their green engineering, one of the benefits of this is the amount of water used for each load. Once the washer is loaded, the machine measures the weight of the product and delivers the right amount of water needed to clean effectively and efficiently.
If I run out of diapers, will you make a special delivery if it is not delivery day?
In the unusual event that you run out of diapers one week (perhaps baby had a stomach bug and used a large amount of diapers) we can typically deliver extras to you for a delivery fee of $15 but cannot guarantee delivery within a specified time. We desire to provide excellent customer service and will work with you to the best of our abilities.
How many diapers do I get with my Diaper Service? Why am I not getting the same number of diapers every week?
Start with the standard amount of diapers. For 2 weeks in a row you will get that amount, then the 3rd week you will receive what you returned in dirties from the week before. Only return dirties unless we are resetting you with a new size or you are going on an extended vacation.
DIAPER DESCRIPTION and SIZE
Newborn Trifolds (6-10 lbs) UP TO 70 diapers
Infant Trifolds (7-15 lbs) UP TO 60 diapers
Baby Trifolds (15-30 lbs) UP TO 48 diapers
Toddler Trifolds (30-45 lbs) UP TO 40 diapers
**PLEASE NOTE: There are no price reductions when using less than the standard amount on a given week. Because we wash our customer diapers separately, other than a small amount of water savings, our overhead is the same even with a few less diapers.
I have 20 or more extra diapers at the end of the week?
If you consistently have leftover diapers just email or text us to change your order to receive a smaller number of diapers. The service price does remain the same no matter how many diapers you receive. Because we wash each customers diapers separately, other than a small amount of water savings our overhead is the same even with a few less diapers.
If you do have a little stockpile, please return them so we can add them to our rotation for other families to enjoy.
When do I get my bill?
Your first payment is due at time of sign up after we verify you are within our delivery area. The first payment includes, your set-up package and your first month of service. Your next charge will be 3 weeks after you start using the diapers. Service continues automatically each month at 4 week intervals until we receive a written 2 week emailed cancellation notice.
Do you have to pick up weekly? Or can you pick up every other week?
We need to pick the diapers up weekly because if they sit longer than a week when dirty, they will get moldy and those stains do not come out. If you have a special situation, please call us so we can work something out.
How many wraps/covers do you suggest we buy?
It varies, but 4-8 is our standard reply. The more you have on hand the more convenient it is.
With our Diaper Dream Package, we offer 4 diaper covers rental based on the size of diaper.
Do I need to rinse the soiled diapers?
We request that customers do not pre-wash any of our diapers. Our washing process, including heated water and specialized detergent, will break down solid waste and flush it out until there is nothing left but 100% cotton, completely free of waste and detergent. However, rinsing is optional if you would prefer to reduce light stains in your returned diapers. Once your baby starts on solid food, we request that you dispose of solid waste in your toilet or rinse prior to placing in the pail. We know babies love to eat blueberries and beets, and we have made the decision to not use bleach and strong chemicals that would make all of our diapers 100% stain free. If you prefer non-stained diapers you can use flushable liners between diaper and baby to catch solids and receive stain-free diapers.
Do you have different size cloth diapers?
Yes! As your baby grows, so do the diapers. The different sizes and approximate weight range are as follows:
DIAPER DESCRIPTION and SIZE
Newborn Trifolds (6-10 lbs) UP TO 70 diapers
Infant Trifolds (7-15 lbs) UP TO 60 diapers
Baby Trifolds (15-30 lbs) UP TO 48 diapers
Toddler Trifolds (30-45 lbs) UP TO 48 diapers
If you are experiencing more leaking or blowouts, or you just can’t seem to fit the diaper around your baby’s belly anymore, then it is time to bump up.
My wraps are getting soiled every time. How do I save the wraps?
Use the Snappi fastener! The Snappi is the mondern day pin and provides a way to fold the diaper, the old fashioned way, around the baby’s legs to help prevent poop from getting on the wrap. Most parents with this problem are completely satisfied after trying the Snappi!!
If you’re still having trouble, try a different fold (the jelly roll fold works well) or it might be time to size up!
When are my diapers delivered and picked up?
Your service day is dictated by your home address and occurs on the same day weekly. We will email you the delivery day and set up date when you sign up for service, and we will email reminders and confirmation of delivery weekly. Unfortunately, your diapers may not be delivered at the exact same time of day. Our routes change weekly between vacations, special deliveries, new customers being added and other customer succeeding with potty training. Unforeseen events such as weather and highway closures may occur and we will communicate in a timely manner when delivery can be expected.
My baby is soaking through their diaper, what should I do?
There are two reasons that may cause this to happen: The first is your baby may have outgrown the current diapers you are using. Shoot us an email or text your request to change your order and we can bump you up to the next size diaper. The second reason is your baby is a heavy wetter. The most cost effective way is to simply use two prefolds. It is bulky but the babies don’t care, they are sleeping.
I am having a baby shower or would like to pay on someone's behalf, do you have a gift option?
Absolutely! Please contact us to arrange a gift sign up package.
My diapers are leaking. Help!
Double check that all of the cloth is fitting inside the cover so that the moisture is not wicking onto the clothing. Likewise, make sure that the prefold is folded wide enough to cover the cover, so that the cover is not getting messy.
If there is leaking out the side of the cover you may need a larger or smaller cover. You could also try using a Snappi. This will help secure the prefold in place.
If the diaper and cover are saturated, try changing your baby more frequently or call to switch to a larger prefold. You can also use 2 prefolds at once to create more absorbency. We also offer microfiber inserts that reduce the amount of bulk in the diaper.
When do I get my first set of diapers?
We will bring you your first package of diapers approximately 2 weeks before your due date. When you start using the cloth diapers, contact us (email is preferred) and we will start regular service at that time. You are not charged for the first 4 weeks that you are not using the diapers, as you wait for baby to arrive. After that, Customers may not hold unused items for a period longer than 2 weeks post-birth. A weekly rental fee of $25 for our services will apply to each week thereafter.
If your baby is already here, we will bring you your first package of diapers the next time we are in your neighborhood, 2 weeks after you sign up.
Once you get signed up, we’ll contact you to answer any questions, and get you scheduled on the appropriate route.
What happens if it snows?
We do our absolute best to deliver 52 weeks a year. We will send email notifications, updates and to do our best to communicate any delays on our Social Media. With this in mind, it might be a good idea to keep 1-2 day’s worth of cloth or disposables on hand.
When do I put my diapers out? What if I forget to put my diapers out?
Please have your diapers out (with your bag cinched, name tag attached and tied securely) before 8am on your actual delivery day. If you forget to put out your diapers, that is OK, we understand how life happens, we will still deliver your clean diapers. Please see our Terms and Conditions for missed pick-up information and fees.
